I was born and raised in Placerville, California a little town where everybody waves driving by, the summers smell like fresh apples from apple hill, and life moves at just the right pace to notice the little things. I never imagined the beautiful, ever-ever changing fairytale story I’d be living… In 2011, I met my high school sweetheart. He was the adventurous one always ready for the adrenaline rush and experiences in life and I was the softball/golf girl who loved quiet days filled will movies and dedicated to my grades somewhere in-between it all he became my forever person. We married in 2016, and our adventure truly began.
We weren't ones to stay put for too long because of Josh's job. We chased sunsets in New Mexico for a short while, sand between our toes in Long Beach while I worked at Disneyland in 2017—yes, it was a dream come true and something that I will forever hold fondly. Eventually, life nudged us to Yucaipa, where hope, faith, and a little heartbreak taught us patience during our infertility journey.
Then came the miracles: our first son in 2020, and two more littles in 2022 and 2024. Suddenly, our home became a symphony of giggles, Lego explosions, tiny muddy footprints, and the occasional squeal of “Mom! watch this!”
Our latest chapter brought us to Colfax, California, where we now live on a couple acres of land that feels like a dream come true. This is where our puppy, Red, joined the family already a professional mud puddle tester and soon to be a blackberry thief extraordinaire.
Through every move, every messy kitchen, and every sleepless night, I’ve been quietly building a career that feels more like calling than work. My photography business has grown from scratch through newborn snuggles, toddler tantrums, and all the in-between moments that most people overlook. It’s been fueled by coffee, determination, and a lot of prayer—and it’s taught me that showing up consistently matters far more than doing things perfectly.
Some days, I’m a referee. Other days, I’m a cheerleader. Some nights, I’m a photographer with camera in one hand and baby in the other, snapping moments I know these families will treasure forever. Being a stay-at-home mom while building a business isn’t glamorous, but it is real, and it is magical.
I’ve learned that life’s beauty isn’t in perfection it’s in the muddy shoes, the stolen bites of snacks, the giggles that echo through a messy house, and the faith that keeps us moving forward. That’s what I capture: the fleeting, messy, breathtakingly beautiful moments of motherhood. And that’s the story I’m living too—full of love, laughter, chaos, and wonder, one muddy, magical day at a time.
